open power chords pt1

Power chords are ‘powerful sounding chords’ and used when playing electric guitar.
In this lesson we’re going to check out the ‘open’ power chords on three strings played from string 6 and 5. 

Once you got the chords down. Use the backing track (mp3) to practice the exercise. It’s good practice to play along with drums to keep you in time and to make the exercises more ‘musical’. Good luck!
